The 140 m/s FPS spring was calibrated to the original mechanics of the MB03 rifle of the Well brand

Naturally, with shorter or longer barrels, performance will either decrease or increase, so it will be switched to the harder or softer calibration

In the calibration process, the thickness due to the bearings was not taken into account, so a performance increase of approximately 2.5 m/s per bearing must be taken into account under the same initial conditions

The FPS spring is 100% Made in Italy and has been manufactured in collaboration with leading companies in the sector

The material used is burnished and pre-hardened carbon steel wire with added silicon and chrome EN10270 / 2

In the phase immediately following moulding, the spring is stabilised in an oven at a temperature of 400 degrees centigrade for thirty minutes in order to optimise its durability

The spring has variable pitch coils in the central area and in the area in contact with the spring guide, and undergoes a grinding process at both ends to ensure optimum compression performance
